Tyla Rogers,
Co-Owner
Tyla began her electrical career in 2009 as an electrical apprentice through ABC in San Diego, CA. After 1 year she moved back to New Hampshire to continue her Education at MST in Manchester, NH, where she obtained her Journeyman License in 2015. In New Hampshire she worked with an Electrical Contractor for 7 years and then decided to join IBEW Local 103 in 2017. In 2022 while working alongside Andrew for Local 103, the two decided to join forces and set out on a new adventure: LMTLESS ELECTRIC!
When Tyla is not working she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her Olde English Bulldog Gemma. She loves attending comedy shows, riding her motorcycle and cooking.

Andrew Bates,
Co-Owner
Andrew began his electrical career in 2003 at Northeast Metro Tech. Upon completion at NEMT, he joined IBEW Local 103 and obtained his journeyman license in 2011. While working in Local 103, Andrew worked in a wide variety of different projects including hospitals, schools, apartment complexes and commercial spaces. His hard work, leadership and determination on the jobs led to his promotion as Foreman for multiple large scale projects in and around the Boston area.
Andrew is the proud father of two little boys, PJ & Angelo, dedicated husband to wife Alyssa and devoted member of his church Calvary Christian. When Andrew is not working you can find him volunteering his time within his local church and spending time with family.
